The aim of internship supervision is to guide, support, and monitor the student during the internship in the workplace. Supervision aims to develop a culture of ethics in health and social work, to develop skills, to develop the ability to work in a team, and to develop reflection and self-reflection skills. The specific objective of observational practice (excursion) is to acquaint students with specific facilities that provide social and health and social services and to become familiar with their basic mission and target groups.
