Learning outcomes
The course is designed to build on the starting level of A2. It develops vocabulary,speaking, listening skills and grammar.
Students are able to understand and use basic idioms. Speakers at this level can introduce themselves and ask simple questions and are able to make themselves understood in case conversation is lead at a slow pace.
Prerequisites
Communicative competence: CEFR A2 in general German.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation, Didactic test

Active 70% attendance at contact lessons; submitting assigned seminar papers of the e-learning course with 60% pass mark; 60% pass mark in the final written test.
