Isolation of DNA and RNA Spectrophotometry of DNA, RNA Agarose electrophoresis PCR Interpretation of direct and nondirect genotyping analysis Interpretation of molecular detection of pathogens

Learning outcomes
The main aim of this subject is to get under control practical isolation of NA and their analysis, PCR method and interpretation of partial results.
Students are able after graduation of this subject to isolate nucleic acids from biological materials, to analyze NA and to interpret partial results.
