Course content
The construction of the railway line - Railway Superstructure - Designing of GPK railway lines in operation of vehicles with tilting wagon bodies - Railway Substructure - Design and assessment of railway substructure The construction of the tram line - Tram line substructure - Tram line superstructure - Rail crossing and ramification - Tram line construction types

Learning outcomes
The aim of subject is to introduce the design and construction of railway lines.
The student has the basic knowledge and skills that are required in the design and construction of railway tracks.
Student has knowledge of railway construction and the renovation and maintenance of railway construction.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

Assessment confirms that the full-time student attended the required level of compulsory education and that fulfilled the requirements with which the awarding. Terms of the credit determined teacher. Examination of the object (form, content, duration) is determined in accordance with the Study and Examination Regulations.
