Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
The goal is to summarize the knowledge about electricity and magnetism from high school physics, deepen them further consolidate and to familiarize students with the application of complex numbers and vector algebra in electrical engineering.
After completing the course the student will have good knowledge of the physical problems related to electricity and magnetism, and a deep knowledge of vector algebra and application of complex numbers in electrical engineering, which for him is a good basis for further study electrical engineering.
It is believed a very good knowledge of mathematics and physics from high school and first semester.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment, Didactic test, Discussion, Systematic monitoring, Self project defence

The center of gravity lies in the preparation of students home self. Students themselves at home studying the recommended literature. Students prepare for consultations with problems, questions and examples of methods with which a self-study at home and did not know that his preparations have the opportunity during consultation with the teacher consult. Teachers before every consultation provides students Circuit substance that would ensure they study at home until the next consultation. Students must then go to individual consultations ready, must demonstrate basic knowledge of the issues they want to consult with the teacher (at the level of secondary school physics and mathematics) and consultations should be actively involved in their progress. Passive participation in the consultations is totally unnecessary and in case of absolute unpreparedness student teacher consultation ends. It is assumed, therefore, regular preparation for individual consultations. The subject will be completed with a written test. If necessary, the written test will complement the oral interview.
